#### Retirement Transition Program:

##### What you can expect:

###### Retirement transition is a personal journey that is unique to each person. A Bloom team member will facilitate each session to ensure a smooth delivery and create a fun, safe space for each member to feel comfortable and welcomed! Sharing is optional but encouraged! You will meet online with fellow members and your retirement coach for each session. During the session, your coach will guide your group through a variety of interactive activities such as live question polls, small group chats and quiet time for reflection and journaling.

###### Our program is online only, so each session is hosted on the online video meeting platform, Zoom. To have the best experience possible, we ask that all participants use a desktop computer. You can download the [free desktop application here](https://zoom.us/download).
